Democracy is based on education (Socrates, 470 – 399 BC). When there is a lack of education, election problems develop. The 2020 presidential election has raised questions of being rigged. Through election technology & security education, such questions might be able to be resolved. The presentation is composed of two parts. Part A covers “Preventing & detecting voter fraud.” Topics covered are: 1).
